About Bareera
The person behind Online Bill Checker
Who I Am
I’m Bareera, and I run Online Bill Checker from Pakistan. This site started with a very ordinary problem: our monthly electricity bill went missing, the payment date was close, and finding the right page on the DISCO’s website took far longer than it should have. That afternoon convinced me that a single, simple place to check any electricity bill in Pakistan was worth building — so I built it.
I’m not an electrical engineer or a government official, and I don’t claim to be. What I do is simpler: I read every NEPRA tariff notification when it comes out, keep this site’s calculator and guides matched to it, and write instructions the way I’d explain them to a family member — where the reference number is, what FPA means on your bill, and why the amount sometimes jumps.
What This Website Does
Onlinebillchecker.pk covers electricity bills for all major distribution companies in Pakistan — LESCO, IESCO, FESCO, MEPCO, GEPCO, PESCO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, and K-Electric. You can look up your current bill with your 14-digit reference number, download a duplicate copy, and estimate your next bill from meter units using the current tariff slabs.
Right now the site is electricity-only. Gas and water bill tools are planned, and I’d rather launch them properly than list them before they exist.
How Content Is Maintained
Every guide on this site is written by me and tested against a real bill before publishing. When NEPRA announces a tariff change or a new Fuel Price Adjustment, the calculator is updated and the “last updated” date on the page changes with it — so you can always judge how current the numbers are. If you spot something outdated or a figure that doesn’t match your bill, email me; corrections usually go live within a day or two.
Found an error, or have a question?
Corrections, suggestions, and questions are all welcome.
