Everything published on Onlinebillchecker.pk — tariff slabs, taxes, billing procedures, company contact details — comes from the official sources listed below. We list them here for two reasons: so you can verify anything we’ve written against the original, and so you know exactly where to go when you need the official version of a document.

If you ever find a mismatch between a figure on this site and one of these official sources, the official source is correct — and we’d appreciate you reporting it so we can fix it.

How we use these sources: tariff figures in our calculators come from NEPRA’s published notifications, bill lookups rely on each DISCO’s own official system, and procedural guides (new connections, complaints, duplicate bills) are written from the instructions these companies publish themselves. This site holds no data of its own — it explains and points to theirs.
