I'm the founder and lead developer of OnlineBillChecker.pk. I built this platform after seeing how often people lose track of an old IESCO bill or end up confused by a total that doesn't match their own math — a problem I ran into myself before I ever thought about building a site around it. My focus has been IESCO's billing system specifically: pulling the current NEPRA-notified tariff slabs, testing our bill calculator against real printed IESCO bills rather than just the published rate sheet, and keeping the numbers current whenever NEPRA issues a new S.R.O notification. I also work directly with IESCO's official bill-check and duplicate-bill portals to make sure the lookup tools on this site actually reflect how those systems behave — including where they're inconsistent or slow to update. When I'm not updating the calculator or tariff tables, I'm reading through NEPRA's latest determinations so this site reflects the current rate structure, not last quarter's.
